Mr. Ahmed Hanafi, Life Coach, MBA

Ahmed Hanafi has 14 years of domestic and international experience in the telecommunications industry with 19 operators in 17 countries over 4 continents. CRM, Customer Experience Management, Training, and Development are his main areas of expertise. Ahmed has proven success in developing CRM strategies for multibillion-dollars telecom operators with a track record of delighting customers, developing& training staff, and spearheading operational improvements to increase customer satisfaction, drive productivity and reduce costs.<br /> He held positions as Customer Care & Customer Experience Head of Department (HOD) at Vimpelcom “Africa & Asia”, Customer Operations Development Senior Manager at Orascom Telecom Holdings, Communications, QA & Training Manager at Etisalat Egypt, Communications, QA & Training Manager at Mobily, Operations Senior Supervisor at Vodafone Egypt.<br /> During the past ten years Ahmed has trained many multinational companies in the MENA region, Ahmed is very specialized in conducting Business & Life Coaching, MBTI Personality styles, Customer Experience Management strategic management, leadership, emotional intelligence, performance management, and call center training programs.

Ms. Amira Nassar, MA

Ms. Amira Nassar spans a career of 18 years rich in marketing, customer service, leading teams, facilitation and consultancy. She has worked for several renowned organizations that ranged from multinationals, profit and non-profit making organizations. She has been an internationally certified facilitator since 2006 for several worldwide training companies amongst which is: Franklin Covey, Ken Blanchard, Eagle’s flight, DOOR and Vital Smarts and CPP. Her scope of facilitation expertise includes: character building, self-leadership, leadership, interpersonal communication, time and stress management, business writing and executive coaching. Her list of clients includes a wide range of product and service oriented industries, SME’s, profit and non-profit making organizations. She is a holder of M.A in International Relations with a focus on comparative politics in the Middle East from the American University in Cairo, as well as earning her B.A in Business Administration and a minor of Journalism and Mass Communication from the same institution. Ms. Nassar is passionate about human beings and service, thus all her work and non-work related activities revolve around people. She is involved in many artistic activities in addition to her professional career like painting, crafting, writing and photography.
