Doha is an HR L&D consultant who brings a range of experience, expertise, and practical solutions to help her clients identify, solve and improve HR & organizational performance outcomes. She is committed to serving as a thought-partner to organizations, to help them build a robust infrastructure on which people, performance and potential can thrive. 

Her interest and expertise lie in selecting the best fit to the organization through top selection and assessment methodologies, as well as developing people capabilities, including but not limited to career coaching, integrated team engagement, creating new development programs, and learning initiatives, as well as planning, restructuring, and implementing organizational change; all of which enable Doha to offer a comprehensive consultancy approach to organizational performance needs.
