HALA MANSOUR

Hala holds a Master of Education in International Management and Policy from the British University in Dubai in collaboration with Birmingham University. She also possesses a Diploma of Management from Emirates College and a Bachelor of Education with a specialization in English from Ain Shams University. In addition to her academic achievements, Hala has obtained several professional certifications, including ILM Professional Development for Trainers, City And Guilds Advanced Train The Trainer, Advanced Influence Skills from the RogenSi Institute, Brain Friendly Training from Kaizen Training, and selections skills certification in HR. In addition, Hala is an Enneagram practitioner certified by International Enneagram Association. 

With her extensive training experience and a wide range of skills, Hala has worked with esteemed partners such as Emirates Airlines in Dubai for over 20 years, and in Egypt as a free lancer with National Bank of Egypt, Orascom Development, Mountain View Development, Sodic Development, Madkour constructions, Banque Misr, and El Sewedy Industries. 

She has successfully designed and implemented training programs, conducted training needs analysis, and developed personal development plans aligned with organizational goals.
