Background

This event is full of energetic challenging activities that should be accomplished before
building the bike. Collaboration and time management are the main factors to WIN!
This Build a Bike Team Building Workshop will help your team learn to appreciate the
differences that each team member brings to a group. This is what our workshops are all
about putting principles into action so your team at least has an awareness of behaviors
they are experiencing and insights are connected back to the workplace.
Teams will go through many challenges (Team Activities, Physical, and Mental activities)
to earn points to be able to buy the Bike Pieces and build it at end of the event, the team
who will be able to finish first is the WINNING TEAM….

Activity Format

Delegates will be divided into teams; each team should accomplish different team
building activities to earn money to buy the bike parts’.
• Each team should collaborate to build their bike in fixed time.
• Participants will be lead to believe that each team will need to nominate a
champion cyclist to compete in the race. The team who wins the race will win
prizes.
